Job Description
1. Handling litigation and dispute resolution matters across various forums, including High Courts, NCLT, and arbitration tribunals.
2. Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal opinions.
Representing clients in commercial arbitration and corporate litigation matters.
3. Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
4. Liaising with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders.
CTC - Upto 6 lpa based on the experience and interview
Experience - 3+ years
Location - Bangalore
Working Day & Hours - Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. 3 to 7 years of experience in dispute resolution/litigation.
2. Prior experience in commercial arbitration and NCLT matters is preferred.
3. Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
4. Knowledge of Kannada is preferred.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
