Job will consist of responsibilities as under:
1. Advisory on various company and corporate matters.
2. Crafting the legal framework in consonance with the business models.
3. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of contracts including but not limited to financial agreements.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Should be adept in the basics of corporate, commercial and company law.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Should have relevant experience of atleast 2 years.
4. Should be able to manage work load well.
5. Should have good attention to ddetail.
