• Manage and ensure timely remittance of Advance Tax, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and accurate
filing of income tax returns as per the requirements of the income tax law.
• Conduct TDS and TCS (Tax Collected at Source) reconciliation in compliance with income tax laws.
• Handle TCS, PAN/TAN related matters in accordance with income tax regulations and provide support
for employee taxation.
• Complete pending Assessments and Appeals in line with the provisions of the income tax law.
• Engage in tax planning activities based on financial projections, providing guidance and
recommendations to the team.
• Oversee the taxation matters of group companies and promoters.

- Proficient in TDS/TCS regulations, including monthly retainers and filing of TDS returns.
- Prior experience in handling tax assessment and litigation cases.
- Expertise in Transfer Pricing screeners like prowess, capitalize, etc. and knowledge regarding
preparation of transfer pricing study, particularly the TNMM method.
- Understanding of Double Tax Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) and exposure in the preparation of Form
15CBs.
- Basic knowledge of GST provisions and experience in filing monthly returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B,
refund applications, etc.
- Proficient in Excel and Tally to effectively manage and analyze client data.
- Familiarity with FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) regulations (optional).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with
clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Adaptable and quick learner who can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
